No-shows, Same Day Cancellation, Reschedules and less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the booked service(s). If you are sick with anything, you will still be charged. No exceptions. I will not rebook appointments to clients who no show and/or have a habit of last minute rescheduling, being late or cancelling. I have a 10 minute grace period. If you are over 10 minutes late, it’s possible your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for paying 100% of the cost of the missed appointment.
